Here is My Cookie Recipe, If You Are Interest
Preheat Oven to 375
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (softened)
3/4 cup white, granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup Jiff creamy peanut butter (I always put in extra)
Mix all of the Above Together Until Creamy (at least 2 minutes). Use a Mixer.
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Add these to above items and mix for another two minutes
In a Separate Bowl Mix the Items Below
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
Add Flour Mixture to the Previously Mixed "Wet" Items a Little at a Time, Mix for Until Well-Blended
1 cup Quaker Quick Oats
Mix into Other Items
1 cup chocolate Chips
Mix into Other Items (I like butterscoth chips as well.)
Make one inch balls and cook on a coolie sheet in preheated oven (375) for 8 minutes.
